When I first set everything up, there was an extremely pungent chemical odor coming from the soap dispenser whenever I would use it. It has taken several months and soap refills, but the odor has finally faded. If it had come without the odor, I would have given a full 5 stars, but I feel like that may be a dealbreaker for some. It's definitely on the cheaper end of bathroom accessory quality, but it's still great for my needs and for what I paid.Soap dispenser leaking just cant figure out why. If it wasnt for that the quality would be good stone texture but leaks, maybe just a faulty batch. Goodluck with your purchase.Amazon were really good they refunded me once i contacted them.There are no holes on the bottom, but the soap is somehow leaking. I cleaned it this morning thinking it may have spilt over, but a few hours have passed and the bottom tray is drenched in soap.The 4 item set only consisted of two of them being marble .. Great qualityThe screw on lid for the pump just popped off with no effort when first fitting. Poor qualilty.
