The individual crystals did come installed, however when I picked it up 2 crystals fell off and shattered. Fortunately they sent some spares. My advice is take the time to secure each wire before trying to make natal. It’s worth the extra time.Very pretty, classy bathroom light. Comes complete with white gloves, extra hooks and spare crystals. However, does not include the G9 bulbs it requires. Suggest ordering those at the same time, since they are not a common size. Otherwise, very pleased with purchase.These are plastic pieces...not Crystal or even glass..... as stated in description.This great looking luminary was acquired to replace or 1980's era fixture in our guest bathroom...This fixture has rows and rows of square cut beveled crystals that really shine/refract and spread light all over the room. Don't worry about this fixture getting damaged during shipping! The packaging is phenomenally protective, having a form fitting expanded foam cradle that holds the fixture safe from impact - even the individual crystals have foam sleeves to keep them in place and in one piece (see photos) Don't forget to get a at least 7 each of the Type G9 bulbs that the fixture requires (they're not included) I used LED bulbs for my fixture for energy efficiency and because LED bulbs typically give more light output with less heat. The fixture is rated for "G9 BULB @ 60W MAX" - which is a too much heat from incandescent bulbs for my liking.Installation: Always turn off the power to the circuit (circuit breaker) before removing the old fixture or installing the new one. Everything except a Phillips screwdriver is included to perform the install, including the wire nuts. An easy to follow diagram is included. Time required? About 20 minutes.After installation is the best time to remove the protective stretch wrap and the foam sleeves from the crystals. When doing so, be observant that the wires/hooks that hang the crystals are engaged in their respective holes to avoid dropping & breaking them. There is a spare of each size included for replacement if needed.Lastly, install the G9 bulbs - they press right into the sockets. You'll feel a positive 'click' when they are correctly seated in the electrical contacts...and you're done. Time to switch on the power (circuit breaker) and turn on the light switch!Conclusion: This is a very easy, dramatic and instant home improvement to replace your existing lighting or as a new fixture.
