Love it. Looks great after 4 yr. You need a special (standard) tool to remove the head to clean out debris. You can get a set for a few dollars. After installing this nice minimalist faucet in a second customers bathroom I find myself walking away shaking my head. Both times the same experience. The manufacturer breaks with all plumbing tradition and chooses to use straight cut threads (not tapered as per convention) at the hot and cold port on the faucet. When you install your male adapters your fittings will disappear into the faucet without any resistance and it will leak. You are left with the only choice of using a CRAZY amount of teflon tape in combination with pipe dope on both the male and female parts. The fitting will still disappear into the valve body but with any luck the large clog of goo left behind should not leak. You are left wondering whether you should walk away from it and cover the walls, or is this going to be a timebomb that will cause thousands of dollars of damage down the road. This is the only time I have encountered such manufacturing idiocy and it is probably the reason that this valve has no UPC shield (listing symbols) anywhere. Technically it is illegal for me as a licensed plumber to install anything that isn't listed by an appropriate agency.Other than that the only other scary thing is that the spout , which is also mounted on straight cut threads but uses an o-ring to affect the seal, may not come around to its correct orientation (pointed down) at the same time that the seal against the o-ring occurs. It may seal at 9:00 position instead of the 6:00 position. OOPS! A trip to the hardware store to get a collection of o-rings that are fatter and skinnier should do the trick through trial and error. The faucet has well finished parts otherwise and the cartridge seems to work without a lot of slop and play.It makes me crazy that someone would go to all of the trouble to manufacture a faucet like this and mess up the obvious details. Two stars because it looks good the price is low but leaves me with a very uneasy feeling. Value - quality, risk, price .....Are you feeling lucky?I originally;had the VIGO wide mouth spout, but it the water force was strong and the water shot over the sink vessel. So I replaced it with this VIGO 5" H Olus Matte Black faucet that is absolutely perfectJust received my new faucet. It is beautiful. The packaging was amazing. It feels special already. Can’t wait to install it!Beautiful. Bought 2. Wish mixer can reverse so one on left and one on right. One review said this can be done, one review said not. My plumber tried, but could not.Good quality and easy to install. Would highly recommendI sawed off the spout portion of the brass valve, added an external NPT thread, and made a custom faucet. This worked perfectly, and I couldn't be happier!Todo perfecto y llego muy rapidoRoughed in and tested with no complaints. Beautiful packaging (suggesting attention to detail on the part of the manufacturer?).The threading on the screws on the back was odd sizing. Too big or too small for common plumbing. We had to buy something else and haven't hard from amazon about the return. :(It leaks.Ty
