Update: A-Z will not cover a defective product that becomes unusable less than a week after the return period. Modway isn’t responding after directing me back to the seller Cymax.Update: I contacted the manufacturer Modway. They directed me back to Cymax the seller. Cymax again refused to refund or replace the defective vanities. Amazon asked for a refund/replacement on my behalf. Cymax again refused. I’ve now filed an A-Z claim. We’ll see what happens. Either way I won’t be buying from Cymax or Modway again. These were beautiful when they arrived but split days after the return period ended. I can’t afford to do business with seller and manufacturers that sell vanities that only last 30 days. I can’t waste 1k.These looked perfect on arrival. I threw away all the packaging and set them aside for installation. When we were ready for installation we realized there were now large unsightly separations in the glued together pieces that were not there upon arrival. Best guess is the wood dried out. Over 1k down the drain. Don’t buy these are too expensive to gamble on the quality. I would never have expected problems to arise weeks later due to poor quality.
